Beers & Gears 2022

We hope you are as excited as us that Beers & Gears is back! Bike Peoria and the Peoria Area National MS Society Community Council have joined forces to present Beers & Gears 2022.

This year's pub ride will start at Industry Brewing Company with registration from 11:00 a.m. until noon and then we'll be making our way along the PPD Rock Island Greenway to the Village of Peoria Heights before heading back to Fox Pub for the after party with food, entertainment, and raffles. What better way to spend a Saturday afternoon than riding a bicycle, supporting a great cause, and making a few stops along the way?

• Peoria Heights Stop - Olivers in the Heights
• Fox Pub After Party (4 p.m.)

Event Hashtag: #BeersandGears

The first 500 registered riders will receive a Beers & Gears swag bag and one free raffle ticket for prizes at the after party (must be present to win - raffles begin after 4:30 p.m.). Additional raffle tickets can be purchased at the after party.

Proceeds

This year’s event will help support Team Bike Peoria in sending riders to represent the Peoria Area at Bike MS Tour de Farms 2022 on June 25th and 26th at the Kane County Fairgrounds in St. Charles, Illinois. Bike MS is the largest fundraising cycling series in the world. Each year, nearly 75,000 cyclists and more than 6,000 teams ride together to change the world for people living with Multiple Sclerosis.

Registration

There are a number of options for registering to participate in Beers & Gears 2022!

• $20 pre-registration price for Bike Peoria members (Basic or Premium). Discount code will be emailed to current members. Learn how to become a Bike Peoria Member.
• $25 pre-registration general admission price. Register online before 10:45 p.m. on May 27th for $5 off the normal registration price.
• $30 day of registration general admission price. For any last minute spur of the moment riders this is the price for tickets at Beers & Gears registration table which opens at 11 a.m. May 28th.
